Venue of Incident: Chilis's 1 Utama Kuala Lumpur Malaysia Date of Incident: 24th August 2014 Manager's Name: Ms. Rozi An unacceptable behavior of Chili's 1 Utama manager to chase a family out from the restaurant just because the father (a disabled person) was eating food from outside. Earlier the menu was browsed and nothing suitable found for their father's dietary requirements. The family end up ordered main courses for all of the other members and the son went outside just to pack food only for the father. They also spend on appetizers and lot of drinks from Chili's. Just because of one food for the sick disabled man from outside, the manager said 'We will not serve you the ordered food, please leave the restaurant'.
